I have had a few of these little bumps around my nipples a while not on the peak part, just the coloured areola around that , and white stuff can come out when I squeeze them sometimes. Christine, make sure you keep your breasts clean - wear a clean bra, shower regularly. Also, if your bra is too tight, or is made of a non-breathable material, try getting one of a friendlier fabric - those wicking fabrics are very nice, and cotton, though it sounds old-fashioned, is very good to your skin. You might try a little rubbing alcohol, lightly applied, as that could tend to dry up the skin a bit and help prevent those pores from getting blocked. Also, it's probably not a good idea to squeeze them; try hot compresses if they seem irritated.

Cyst of Montgomery
Guest over a year ago. Couldn't find what you looking for? Guest over a year ago I'm nineteen, never been sexually active, was on birth control for a year but I've been off of it for almost a year. My breasts have been I don't really look at them that often, but nothing felt wrong with them.
They are typically not noticeable until a woman becomes pregnant. During pregnancy, as the breasts grow to prepare for breastfeeding , the Montgomery glands also get larger. They begin to erupt and may look like pimples on the nipple and areola. The number of visible bumps on the areola is different for each woman. Each areola can have anywhere from 0 to approximately 40 tubercles, with an average of about 10 to 15 on each side.
